Who we are.

Black Box Fire is an independent theatre company based in Hamilton, Ontario. We started in the fall of 2006 and have put on several productions in the community including The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) (May 2007), Crazy and a Half (September 2007) and Stop Kiss (February 2008).

More recently, from May 15 to June 7 we were busy running our Emerging Artists Series which features the work of local, up-and-coming theatre artists. The series went very well and we'd like to thank all the artists who participated and the audiences who came out to support them!

We've also been busy planning our exciting new season which will begin in September with our production of Marcus Lloyd's Dead Certain.
